Permission
We begin with what Scripture actually says about provision, compensation, and the worth of spiritual labor — because you cannot build on ground you do not believe is yours.
A free summit for women whose ministry has become a second job they fund themselves.
February 2–6, 2027
Called and Compensated is a free five-day virtual summit built for women who are already doing the work. You are coaching, counseling, speaking, praying people through the hardest seasons of their lives. You have been doing it faithfully. And you have been doing it for free, or for so little that it cannot sustain you.
Over five days, thirty speakers will walk you through the framework that changes that. Each day builds on the one before it, moving from the theological foundation of provision all the way through the practical structure of a sustainable ministry business. Sessions are pre-recorded and released each morning, so you watch on your own schedule without rearranging your life.
This is not a conference where you take notes and go home inspired. It is a working week. By the end of it you will have done the thinking, made the decisions, and built the scaffolding that makes charging for your calling not just permissible but responsible.
There is no cost to attend. There is no catch. The only requirement is that you show up willing to receive what you have been told you should not want.
We begin with what Scripture actually says about provision, compensation, and the worth of spiritual labor — because you cannot build on ground you do not believe is yours.
You will learn to name what you do in language that lets the right woman find you and immediately understand why she needs you.
Building the simple infrastructure that turns a conversation into a relationship you can continue — without chasing anyone.
Designing the offer: what you provide, how it is delivered, and what it costs — structured so it is sustainable for you and clear for her.
The final day covers how to invite someone into a paid relationship with honesty and confidence — no pressure, no scripts, no manipulation.
You have been doing this work for years. You show up when someone calls at midnight. You sit with people in the middle of grief, crisis, and confusion, and you walk them through to the other side. You are good at this. You know you are good at this. And somewhere along the way, the work became a second job you fund yourself.
Someone told you — directly, or by implication — that charging for a gift cheapens it. That real ministry is free. That wanting to be compensated for your labor means you are in it for the wrong reasons. You have heard it so many times that you started to believe it, even as the cost to your family, your time, and your own sustainability kept climbing.
You are not looking for permission to want more. You are looking for someone to tell you the truth about what Scripture says regarding provision — and then hand you the structure that makes it real. You want to do this work without it costing you everything. You want to be able to say yes to the next woman who needs you, and know that saying yes does not mean saying no to your own household.
This summit was built for you.
